My journey into this work started through my own experience. In 2019, I began competing in bodybuilding. That chapter of my life completely transformed my body and showed me that I was capable of far more than I ever imagined.
Like many driven women, once I commit to something, I go all in.
Did I achieve results? Absolutely.
But behind the scenes, I was also struggling with hormonal issues. Low testosterone, suboptimal thyroid, and missing or irregular periods for years without real answers or solutions.
At the time, I was studying Exercise and Sports Science in college while navigating these imbalances. That experience pushed me to dig deeper, and the more I learned, the more I realized how many women were silently struggling with hormone and gut issues while being told their bodies were “normal” and that fat loss was simply calories in, calories out.
Women deserve deeper education and support when it comes to their hormones, gut health, metabolism, and long-term health.
What started as a mission to understand my own body turned into a commitment to expanding my knowledge and helping other women navigate the same struggles.
Bodybuilding taught me discipline, but it wasn’t aligned with my bigger vision. I stepped away to build something more meaningful: genuine health, real balance, and building a body I was proud of without sacrificing my health along the way.
And that’s exactly what I’m here to help other women do.
